Personnel professionnel et très accueillant. Pre-checking le matin, arrivée en fin d'après-midi mon sac de voyages avait été gentillement monté dans ma chambre. Un réel sens du service appréciable. Point - : insonorisation, notamment pour chambre sur rue un peu légère même si nous sommes à Genève et qu'après 23h30 il n'y a pas plus de bruit extérieur.

位置很好，去機場，去湖邊，去公園，去國際組織都很方便。房間不大也沒有浴缸，但是很乾凈，不奢侈但是舒服，一樓有果脯，果汁，咖啡可以拿，還有gym. 總體很滿意，簡約但舒適。對了，前台還給了免費的城市交通pass. 好評

Современный уютный номер, все необходимое было предоставлено. Кровать и спальные принадлежности удобные. Понравился персонал, который помогал заказать такси и найти нужные локации. Достойный, разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Локацию выбирала с учетом бизнес мероприятий. набережная в пешей доступности и вечерами с удовольствием выходили на прогулки

瑞士旅行以來最差的酒店體驗了，還寫的四星… 房間不隔音巨吵早餐混亂各種味道位置看起來很近下車推行李左拐右拐很久 The worst hotel experience since my 訂房網站 to Switzerland, and I also wrote four stars... The room is not soundproof and noisy. Breakfast is chaotic, all kinds of flavours The location looks very close. Get out of the car and push the luggage. Turn left and right for a long time.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

服務人員都很熱情，熱情到幫我把亂扔的衣服疊好放進了箱子😂 房間也很乾凈，床單每天都幫著換掉。早餐算是不錯了，雖然不換樣，吃了9天也沒有特別膩。有的房型是有咖啡機沒有熱水壺，有的是有熱水壺沒咖啡機。去市區去聯合國15路bus都能到，走到湖邊5分鐘，挺方便咯

During my recent stay at the hotel, I faced several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1,000 CHF, which felt quite excessive and gave me the uncomfortable impression that the hotel staff doubted their guests’ trustworthiness. This was disappointing and left a negative first impression. Additionally, although the weather was quite hot, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning. When I raised the issue with the hotel, I was informed that the AC only operates during the official summer season, which seemed unreasonable given the high temperatures during my stay. On a positive note, I must mention that the hotel was very clean, and its location was excellent — close to all major attractions and essential facilities, which made moving around the city very convenient. Overall, while the hotel has some strong qualities, improvements in guest service and basic amenities are necessary to provide a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

We arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommened.
